The Village Clerk has become a Notary Public so that she can assist you with notarized documents. As a villager, the costs are minimal.
First Document for Residents is Free of Charge. The second, and all other documents, on the same day is $5.00 per document.
For non-residents, the cost is $10.00 per document.
If copies are needed, it will be as noted in the Fees and Fines Structure.
The Village Clerk is usually at Village Hall each Wednesday from 10 am until 2 pm. If you need a notary in an emergency, contact Debra at 269-861-0718 and she will try to make arrangements to meet you as soon as possible.
